What to see in Antalya
- Kaleiçi (vieille ville)
Kaleiçi is Antalya's old quarter, a tangle of cobbled lanes lined with restored wooden Ottoman houses, set above a small harbour tucked into the cliff. - Porte d'Hadrien
This three-bay marble triumphal arch was raised for Emperor Hadrian's visit and still marks the entrance to Kaleiçi, the old town. - Chutes de Düden
The Düden river comes out of the ground in a park north of Antalya, then tumbles down in several falls surrounded by greenery, a real contrast to the heat of the city. - Plage de Konyaaltı
A long pebble beach stretching west of central Antalya, with turquoise sea in front and the Taurus Mountains rising right behind. - Musée d'Antalya
This museum brings together most of what is known about Pamphylia and Lycia, from prehistoric tools to Ottoman-era objects. - Aspendos (théâtre)
The theatre at Aspendos is one of the best preserved Roman theatres in the Mediterranean, and its stage building still stands, which is rare. - Lara Beach
Lara Beach is the long sandy beach on the eastern side of Antalya, facing the bay with the Taurus mountains on the horizon. - 7 Mehmet
This large family restaurant sits inside Atatürk Kültür Parkı on the heights above Konyaaltı.
