What to see in Nadi

1. Îles Mamanuca (excursion, Malolo)
   This archipelago off Nadi strings together small islands ringed by shallow lagoons, clear water and pale sand, only a short boat ride from the mainland.
2. Jardin du Géant endormi
   At the foot of the Sleeping Giant mountain range, this botanical garden holds a large orchid collection in a calm, shaded setting well away from the bustle of Nadi.
3. Temple Sri Siva Subramaniya
   Often described as the largest Hindu temple in the southern hemisphere, it stands out with its bright colours in the middle of Nadi.
4. Denarau Island (marina)
   Denarau is the sea gateway to western Fiji: boats leave from here for the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands.
5. Sources chaudes de Sabeto (bain de boue)
   At the foot of the Sabeto range, inland from Nadi, you can cover yourself in warm volcanic mud and then soak in hot spring pools.
6. Cloud 9 (bar flottant)
   Cloud 9 is a bar set right on the water, which gives an evening or sunset in Nadi a different feel from the usual land-based bars.
7. Îles Yasawa (excursion)
   This chain of volcanic islands northwest of Nadi offers pale sandy beaches, turquoise lagoons and villages where life still follows the rhythm of the sea.
8. Natadola Beach
   Natadola is a long crescent of pale sand facing calm, shallow water, lined with coconut palms and dry hills.
